To Our Valued Patients,

We hope this finds you and your family in good health. As a community, we have all been through a lot over the last few months, and we are very happy to tell you that we are now able to resume our normal operations and we can’t wait to see all of you again. While many things have changed, one thing remains the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control and patient safety have always been our top priority, and with the current situation, we have put extra preventative measures in place. We are closely following the recommendations of the government, the health ministries and the World Health Organization.

  • Screening of all patients and staff

    We're asking patients and staff not to visit the clinic if they or anyone in their family are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, sore throat or cough and/or shortness of breath, or if they or their family have travelled from any country dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic in the past 14 days. You will be asked to complete a short COVID-19 questionnaire upon arrival.

  • Social distancing

    We have made more public spaces available in our clinics in order to allow for social distancing. We request that you come alone to your appointment, or that one parent accompanies his/her child to their appointment. Please attempt to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow us to do the pre-screening and limit any waiting times.

  • Spaced out appointments

    We are doing our best to allow greater gaps between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as reduce the number of patients in the clinic at any one time.

  • Temperature Checks

    We are taking temperatures of all staff and patients upon arrival to the clinic. We request that you wear a protective mask upon arrival; there will also be masks available at the reception desk if you need one. Please keep your mobile phones and keys in your own possession.

  • Hand Sanitizers

    Hand sanitizers have always been in place at the Dental Studio, but we have now increased the quantity and put more signage in place, asking our clients and visitors to kindly wash their hands or use hand sanitizers.

  • Cleaning and Sterilization Schedule

    Our cleaning schedule has been increased so that all non-clinical surfaces including; door handles, chairs, desks, seating areas are disinfected every 15 minutes. All clinical areas and instruments are fully sterilized between every patient visit.

Teledentistry & Virtual Consultation

We have launched a free virtual consultation platform that allows you to get access to any of our dentists without leaving your homes.

Afterhours Emergency Service

We have an on-call dental team ready to serve patients with emergency needs outside of our clinic hours. Just give us a call as you normally would.

Patient Communications

In order to serve you better, we will be using SMS, WhatsApp and/or email as means of communicating your appointment details, sharing your medical reports, insurance files or other relevant information.

We are looking forward to seeing you again and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and every patient safe in our practice.
