Clear cosmetic braces are bonded directly onto the teeth and are particularly suited for teenagers where compliance might be a problem.
They have an attractive, translucent appearance and comfortable design to enhance your self-confidence and treatment compliance. Dr Firas, our Orthodontist, prefers to use the Damon system as he believes they are best ceramic braces.
This form of orthodontic treatment is a revolutionary way for straightening teeth by using a series of nearly undetectable aligners instead of brackets and wires.
Orthodontists use 3-D technology to pre-plan and simulate the desired result and then use computer technology to make a series of aligners that will be used by the client as part of her/his own treatment. A successful result is greatly dependent on client compliance.
Clear aligners are ideal for those people with mild crowding and who require minimal corrections.
They are easily removed so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment, plus brushing and flossing is no problem. Comfort is another major plus with no brackets, wires, or elastics to contend with. Compliance is very important as you will in-effect be responsible for your own treatment.
Damon braces are fast, fixed orthodontic braces using low friction mechanics which result in quicker treatment times, lighter forces and more comfortable treatment. By using the Damon system the client will experience less visits to the Studio and is on average 6-8 months faster than any other orthodontic system. Low friction braces are ideal for those people who want to get the treatment done as fast as possible but with the best results.

Dr Firas, our Orthodontist, is a master at provided invisible braces and only one of a few specialists trained in this technique.
Retainers are as important to your overall successful outcome as orthodontic treatment itself.
Structures around your teeth take some time to adjust to the new and improved positions and can easily relapse with unwanted movement once the brace is removed. The risk is significant for a period of 5 years or longer. We therefore strongly advise all our clients to wear retainers full time in the early stages, followed by part time wear later. Your orthodontist will give you advice on what retainer will suit you best and follow that up with verbal and written advice about future wear of your retainers.
