Many problems in dentistry can be prevented if caught at an early stage. Therefore, our warranty is valid only if the recommended preventive care appointments are maintained. This includes attending the recommended appointments with your dentist, as well as x-rays at recommended frequency.
Furthermore, our warranty only covers procedures performed in our clinic.
The Dental Studio provide a full replacement or repair warranty for crowns, bridges and veneers for 5 years after placement, provided that you attend your regular examination appointments as directed by your dentist. A replacement under warranty does not include crowns, bridges or veneers where decay has reoccurred due to poor oral hygiene or diet, or when the crown or bridge is damaged due to accidents or abuse that could also break normal healthy teeth. Examples would include biting on objects such as popcorn, ice, or bone, or using the teeth as tools as when opening things.
Crowns, bridges and veneers that are not recommended by your treating dentist are not covered by this warranty. An example would be when the dentist recommends a particular type of crown on a back tooth because of a heavy bite, but you as the patient chooses a different crown for cosmetic reasons.
The Dental Studio will warranty complete dentures and/or partial dentures for a period of three (3) years for a chipped or broken tooth or broken flange if the problem occurs during normal use. Full upper and lower denture patients must be seen at least once every 12 months and patients with partial dentures must be seen at the regular examination appointments as directed by the dentist*.
If you fail to attend your regular examination appointments as directed by your dentist, the warranty is null and void.
