He is so calm, patient and reassuring, especially because I’m always the complete opposite 😂

He is honestly outstanding and so knowledgeable, and always makes me feel so so relaxed. Over the years he’s done my retainers, fillings and more recently my composite bonding. He listens to exactly what I want and is so flexible if I ever want to change anything or try something different.

However, everything changed when I learned that Dr. Hubert had joined the clinic. I had seen him previously at another practice, and I trusted his work, so I didn’t hesitate for a moment to book my regular check-up.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the customer service at The Dental Studio, but I can honestly say I absolutely love it. It is such an important first point of contact before even seeing the dentist, and the team made the experience smooth and welcoming from the start.
Dr. Hubert really take the time to care for your teeth with precision and attention. Yes, some treatments can be uncomfortable, as expected, but his hands are incredibly gentle, and I experienced very little pain overall. My teeth are in great condition thanks to his work.
I also appreciate how thorough he is. He takes photos, explains every step of the process, and keeps you informed about what he is doing and what will come next. He also follows up after treatments, which shows a real level of care and professionalism. I now drive 30 minutes each way just to see him, which says everything about the trust I have in his work.

I would also like to express my appreciation for Dr. Melody, the hygienist referred by Dr. Hubert. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and I honestly wondered why I hadn’t done it sooner. She is not only excellent at what she does, but also very easy to talk to. The appointment felt relaxed and comfortable almost like a therapy session and I truly enjoyed it. I told her I will come back just to chat with her 🥰

Overall, I am very grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring team, and I will definitely continue coming back.
